The Landings at Mt. Olive

Located along the I-4 corridor between Orlando and Tampa, The Landings at Mt. Olive will be an affordable, entry level neighborhood for this growing area. Florida Polytechnic University, Florida's newest University, is located one mile away from the Landings at Mt. Olive, Floria Hospital plans to break ground on a large, 300 bed regional hospital in early 2019, one mile to the west.
